• What is the size of the accommodation?
• What offer are you looking for (Serviced Accommodation, Home Sharing and Family Holiday Accommodation)

Last but not least, our rates varies with the Category of the accommodation. An accommodation can be in one of the following 3 categories

Categories are based on a point system on 2 key criteria:

• Quality of the accommodation's equipments and furnitures:
  
  • Brand new equipments and decoration, accommodation recently renovated: 1 point
  • Standard furnitures: 0 point

• Presence of a private garden with possibilities to enjoy outdoor activities:
  • With a garden: 1 point
  • Without garden: 0 point
