Detailed Booking Procedure |
- Use our website to make your choice and to get familiar with our offers
- Select your preferred accommodation
- Send a request for availability. Use the button "Ask a question about this product"
- LMB will answer all your questions and give you information about our availabilities
- Once everything is clear, we will send you a letter of offer for one of our flats together with a Tenancy agreement for you to sign. We will also send you the inventory of the flat.
Our policy is to send only one letter of offer: when we create a letter of offer, the flat we offered you will not be offered to anyone else. This is why our letter of offer have a maximum validity of 3 days. If you do not send the letter of offer back signed before the validity of the letter expires then the offer will be considered as rejected. - For Family holidays, the minimum contracts are for 1 week and the contract usually starts on saturday afternoon (from 15h00).
- For Home Sharing, the minimum contracts are for 2 months.
- For Serviced Accommodations and Home Sharing the contracts starts on the first day
- Points 6 - 7 -8 above does not mean that you have to arrive or leave on these days, it just means that we will start invoicing from this time.
the contracts usually ends on Saturday at 12h00. You can of course do the handover and leave the flat earlier. Contact us if you need to leave a couple of days after the end of the contract or if you need to arrive on a different day, if we have availabilities we will do our best to accomodate you. - In order to confirm your boking, you need to
a) Send a signed copy of the Letter of offer and of the tenancy agreement either via fax (+65 6303 2683) or via email b) Wire the full amount of the deposit as specified in the letter of offer c) Send us the name of all the occupants that will stay in the flat and the full amout of the deposit IMPORTANT: If we have not received the full amount of the deposit (WIRE TRANSFER ONLY) within 7 days of the reception of the signed letter of offer the offer will be considered as rejected. - IMPORTANT:
Your booking will only be definitive on the day we receive all the passport copies and documents that certify that ALL the occupant of the flat are authorized to stay in the country for the duration of their visit. - Wire the rent as specified in the letter of offer (WIRE TRANSFER ONLY). The amount MUST be on LMB Housing services bank account AT LEAST 7 days before the lease starts.
IMPORTANT: If we have not then received the rent (WIRE TRANSFER ONLY) this will be considered as a break up of the tenancy agreement by the Tenant(s). LMB Housing services will be entitled to retain the full amount of the deposit as penalty. LMB Housing Services will have the right to lease the property to another interested party from the day the tenancy agreement is broken-up. - Contact us to arrange your arrival so that we can greet you in your flat and do a proper handover of the place.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All payments are to be settled in SGD dollars. If payments are made in other currencies, the source for the exchange rate applicable will be www.xe.com on the day the money is credited on LMB Housing Services’ bank account. The applicable exchange rate will be the rate of the day +15%.
